It’s surprisingly good! Tastes like chocolate pudding. It’s also thick and filing and does not raise my glucose numbers. I’ve already received my second order!!
Typically have taken fiber shakes in the past and they tasted awful! VERY impressed with the taste and consistency of this. Added BIG plus is the protein. I was a bit concerned with the skim milk, but have had zero reaction. My belly is flatter. I feel great after my workouts. Highly recommend especially for women.
